Turmeric Milk
Makes 1L • Takes 12 mins Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian INGREDIENTS 1L coconut milk 2 tsp ground turmeric or 1 inch piece of fresh turmeric, finely chopped 1/2 tsp cracked pepper 1 dessert spoon Manuka honey DIRECTIONS In a saucepan, add all ingredients and whisk for a few seconds until combined well. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes to infuse the flavours. Decant into a glass bottle and keep in the fridge for up t

Raw Chocolate Mousse
Serves 2 • Takes 1 min Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian INGREDIENTS 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder 1 banana 1 avocado 1⁄4 cup mixed frozen or fresh berries DIRECTIONS Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Separate into 2 bowls and serve immediately with berries on top. Try adding a drop of Peppermint or Wild Orange Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil for a different flavour. Beetroot Dip
Serves 8-10 Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian INGREDIENTS 1 large raw beetroot (approx. 250g), peeled and chopped into 2cm cubes 100g roasted cashews 20g macadamia oil 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1⁄2 tsp garlic flakes generous pinch of sea salt & cracked black pepper DIRECTIONS Blend well in a food processor for 1 min until smooth. Serves 4 • Takes 25 mins Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian INGREDIENTS 500g kent pumpkin pieces 1 carrot, pieces 1 brown onion, chopped 20g macadamia oil 400g water 1Tbsp. vegetable stock paste 1/2 tsp sweet paprika 1⁄2 tsp dried parsley 1⁄2 tsp dried coriander sea salt & black pepper to taste fresh coriander to garnish DIRECTIONS In a saucepan, sauté onions in oil.
