How I Work

 

Functional Medicine Health Coaching is a whole-person approach to health.

 

Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, it looks at how nutrition, lifestyle, movement, stress, and daily habits work together to support overall wellbeing.

My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body and guide you toward practical, sustainable changes that fit your life. We focus on what’s most relevant for you right now, and build from there — meeting you exactly where you’re at.

What to Expect

 

We begin with an initial consultation, where we take the time to understand your health history, current challenges, and goals.

 

From there, support continues through follow-up sessions designed to help you implement changes gradually and with confidence.

For best results, I recommend my 5-session coaching pack, with sessions spaced every 2–3 weeks. This structure provides:

  • Ongoing accountability and support

  • Time to establish and adjust new routines

  • Space to respond to how your body is changing

  • A steady, supported path toward your health goals

This approach helps create momentum and consistency, without overwhelm.

Preparation & Support

Please bring along any recent blood test results you may have, as well as a list of your current medications and supplements, so we can work with a clear and informed picture.

After each session, you’ll receive a clear, personalised plan designed to support your goals and your current season of life — practical, realistic, and easy to follow.

This is a supportive, step-by-step process focused on long-term change, not quick fixes.

This initial 1:1 session is where we take the time to understand you — your story, your health history, and what you’d like support with moving forward.

During this session, we explore how your physical, mental, and emotional health have evolved over time, and begin to connect the dots using a functional medicine lens. This helps us identify patterns, priorities, and where support is most needed right now.

In your initial session, we will:

  • Take a detailed health history

  • Create a functional medicine timeline, noting when physical and mental symptoms first appeared

  • Clarify your wellness goals (mind, body, and/or nervous system support)

  • Begin shaping a personalised wellness plan, including at least one clear, achievable focus before our next session

  • Discuss relevant support across nutrition, movement, mindset, and nervous system regulation

Following your appointment, you’ll receive an email summary within 24–48 hours, including:

  • Key notes from our session

  • Your initial wellness focus or goals

  • Any resources discussed to support your plan eg: meal plans, natural therapy protocols

This session sets the foundation for ongoing support and gives you clarity, direction, and a starting point that feels manageable and aligned with where you’re at.

1:1 Functional Medicine Health Coaching

Session Investment: $199
Initial Consultation
(approx. 60-75mins)

In these sessions, we create small, achievable goals which become the stepping stones on your way to your larger wellness goal, all the while working together on mindset and trouble shooting any issues that arise along the way to make way for success. This package includes unlimited text, emails and resources provided until 2 weeks after the last session, so that you may ask questions and stay in touch. Most people choose this as it allows far more freedom between us and I walk along side you every step of the way. 

  • Includes 6x 45min sessions within the same goal framework

  • Meal Plans, shopping lists and recipes if required

  • Fitness plan if required

  • Any mindset tools and resources created for you

  • A copy of my recipe book (hardcover or ebook)

  • Product samples if required (dōTERRA Essential Oils & Supplements)

  • Essential Oil daily protocol (written paperwork) if required

  • Accountability sessions to keep you on track and to troubleshoot throughout your progress

  • This option gives you 6 sessions for the price of 5

6 x 45min Functional Medicine Session Package

Investment: $550

1 Hour Session

(Pay as you go)

Returning Client Only

Investment: $110

These sessions include the same process as above in the 6pk package but just in a pay-as-you-go format. This includes 3 texts and emails including resources in the week following each session.

  • Initial Session & Accountability session inclusions

30 Minute Session

(Pay as you go)

Investment: $60

This length session would only be suitable as a weigh-in type session for accountability, measurements, revision of meal plans and questions, not as an initial session time. Includes 1 text or email including resources in the week following each session.

All sessions (excluding Zoom Only Sessions) may be done in person at my Barrack Heights Studio or via Zoom Online Video Call.
