These roller blends are suitable for anyone over the age of 10 years. 
Apply topically to the specific area you need support with, no need to rub in. 
eg: tummy roller is to be applied to the tummy.
eg 2: anything for mood should be applied where you can smell it as it works by stimulating the Limbic System in your brain (aka the emotional control centre) and creates chemical change from there.
 
50% of the oil will evaporate when applied topically, so it's important you smell it as you are applying it. The other 50% will be absorbed into your skin and blood stream due to the use of fractionated coconut oil which has a smaller molecular size and hence, absorbs quickly.
 
You should begin to feel the calming effects within a few minutes and may re-apply every 20-30mins if you need more support.

Safety:
Never apply oils to your eyes, ear canals, underarms or genitalia. If you get essential oils in one of these sensitive areas, simply apply some coconut or olive oil to a paper towel or tissue and wipe it off straight away.
Remember! Oils and water don't mix, so water will not wash it off effectively.
