Service Description
In this free 15min discovery call, we establish whether or not we can work together to support you in your health and wellness goals. Explain our services and products and can help to distinguish the direction of the support you require. There is no obligation to book with us in conclusion to this session, this is a service that I provide in order to give some clarity around functional medicine health coaching and the products we stand by.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules: To secure your booking we require a deposit. You can reschedule an appointment a maximum of 2 times without losing this deposit. We have a strict 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - A full cancellation fee of the total amount of your service will apply if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of booking. This is to cover the cost of our therapist's time and loss of revenue as we have held this spot exclusively for you. If you have already purchased a session pack, one of the remaining sessions will be 100% forfeited. TO CANCEL A BOOKING please CALL/TEXT 0404 142 135 or do so via booking email before the 24 hour period. Cancellations via social media or other channels will not be accepted as they are not monitored regularly. As a small business, we value our clients above all else and we trust you understand.
