New dōTERRA Member Free Wellness Consult

Service Description

Now that you've joined our community, have the oils on their way to you and are eagerly awaiting their arrival, this is the perfect time to book in for your free wellness consult with me. In this session, I will teach you how to use your oils to support your health safely and effectively, how to use the online shop so that you get the most out of your membership and show you where all our resources are and how to use them. This session is a vitally important step at the beginning of your essential oil journey and one that I offer free to all of my directly enrolled members. Once you've had your initial session, ongoing support is via our private Facebook group, monthly team newsletters and free classes. In person wellness consults are available once every 6 months to all members, though I am available to members for essential oil support via email or text any day during business hours for the life of the membership. All members have access to dōTERRA Member Services within Australia, which can be reached by calling 02 8015-5080 or emailing australia@doterra.com for all account, order or shipping enquiries.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules: To secure your booking we require a deposit. You can reschedule an appointment a maximum of 2 times without losing this deposit. We have a strict 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - A full cancellation fee of the total amount of your service will apply if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of booking. This is to cover the cost of our therapist's time and loss of revenue as we have held this spot exclusively for you. If you have already purchased a session pack, one of the remaining sessions will be 100% forfeited. TO CANCEL A BOOKING please CALL/TEXT 0404 142 135 or do so via booking email before the 24 hour period. Cancellations via social media or other channels will not be accepted as they are not monitored regularly. As a small business, we value our clients above all else and we trust you understand.
